What is Runningman?

Runningman is a 3-day celebration of the active lifestyle, featuring non-stop opportunities for personal wellness breakthroughs with a choose your own distance race at the center.

What time is Check-In?

Check-in begins at 12:00pm on Friday, 9/18.

What time is Check-Out?

Check out is at 12pm on Sunday , 9/20.

Age Requirements

Runningman is 18+. IDs will be verified at check in.

Refund and Transfers

Runningman tickets are final sale. No refunds or transfers.

Inclement Weather

Runningman is a rain or shine event.

Where can I see my ticket?

Tickets will be sent to the email address provided post purchase.

What are my accomidation options?

All 3-Day passes come with a self supported camping plot. You may also purchase a glamping tent upgrade. There are also local Airbnb’s and Hotels available for booking.

What are the closest hotel options?

The three closest hotel options are Holiday Inn Express Rome (7 miles), Courtyard by Marriot Rome Riverwalk (11 miles), and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriot (14 miles)

What are the closest towns for Airbnb's?

The closest towns for Airbnb’s are Rome, GA, Kingston, GA, and Cartersville, GA.

Am I allowed to camp in my RV/Camper?

No, there are no RV or campers allowed at the event. Accommodation options are self camping, glamping or off sit local hotel or AirBnb availability.

Are tents provided?

Glamping tents will only be provided for those who purchase them as an upgrade to their admission pass to Runningman.

Self Supported Camping

Each 3-day pass comes with a Self-Supported Camping spot. This means we will provide a spot for you, but you must bring all camping gear.

What is included in the glamping tent?

A tent, bed(s),side table, and latern are included in each glamping tent.

Can I pick my roomates if I am glamping?

Yes, if you purchase a private glamping tent you are responsible for who stays with you in your glamping tent.

Prohibited Campground Items

No fireworks, open flame firepits, grills, weapons of any kind, glass, illegal drugs, drones.

Cameras

Point and shoot cameras or cameras with a detachable lens less than 2″ long are permitted. Anything larger than that is prohibited.

Are there single day passes available?

Yes, there are limited Race Day passes available for Saturday only.

Will food and beverage be provided?

Food and Beverages will be available for a la carte purchase.

Will there be free water stations?

Yes, there will be water stations throughout the venue.

Will there be medical assistance on site?

Yes, there will be medical staff on site at all times.

Is outside food and beverage allowed?

Outside food and non-alocoholic beverages are permitted. Your bag/cooler cannot exceed 12in x 12in. No rolling coolers.

Can we invite spectators?

This is a no spectator event. You must have a ticket in order to be on property.

Will there be charging stations?

We recommend bringing portable batteries/chargers.

Will there be on site parking?

Yes, onsite parking is included in your ticket purchase.

Are there showers onsite?

Yes, there are outdoor shower stalls onsite.

Are there restrooms onsite?

Yes, there will be restroom trailers onsite.

Pet Policy

There are no animals of any kind permitted on property. All serivce animals must be approved by the Runningman staff.

Do I have to stay on-site?

No, you will be able to come in and go as you please. You must show your ticket for re-entry. No attendees will be allowed back on the premisis after lights out each day.
