Whether you’re aiming for a classic 5k or pushing yourself to conquer a 50k, our race offers traditional distances with a unique twist. You have a full 8 hours to hit your goal, and each distance earns you a medal to mark your achievement.

Dana Claudat
Dana Claudat is a modern Feng Shui master, designer, and founder of The Tao of Dana, a platform dedicated to helping individuals transform their lives by redesigning their homes with intention and creativity. Elan Bibas

Inky Johnson delivers the kind of keynote people are still talking about on the drive home. Resilience, faith, leadership, adversity: he has lived all of it, and his main stage session reaches well past fitness into purpose and how a life gets rebuilt.
Steffani LeFevour
Steffani LeFevour brings the mindset piece to 2026. Her session is about happiness with some intention behind it: fulfillment, alignment, and what a more positive life actually looks like once the festival weekend ends.
Jesse Itzler

What is Runningman?
Runningman is a 3-day celebration of the active lifestyle, built around a choose-your-own-distance race and packed with chances for personal wellness breakthroughs.
Where is Runningman?
What time is check-in?
Check-in opens at 12:00 pm on Friday.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 12:00 pm on Sunday.
Is Runningman eligible for HSA or FSA reimbursement?
Yes. Runningman is now HSA/FSA eligible through our partner FLEX. Because Runningman is rooted in fitness, recovery, and overall wellness, many attendees can put pre-tax health dollars toward their ticket. Check your eligibility or submit for reimbursement directly through FLEX after purchase.
Age requirements
Runningman is 18+. IDs are checked at check-in.
Refunds and transfers
Runningman tickets are final sale. No refunds, no transfers.
Inclement weather
Runningman is a rain-or-shine event.
Where can I see my ticket?
Your ticket is emailed to the address you provide at purchase.
What are my accommodation options?
Every 3-Day pass includes a self-supported camping plot. You can upgrade to a glamping tent, or book a local hotel or Airbnb off-site.
What are the closest hotel options?
The three closest are Holiday Inn Express Rome (7 miles), Courtyard by Marriott Rome Riverwalk (11 miles), and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott (14 miles).
What are the closest towns for Airbnbs?
Rome, Kingston, and Cartersville, GA.
Am I allowed to camp in my RV/camper?
No. RVs and campers aren’t allowed at the event. Your options are self-supported camping, a glamping upgrade, or an off-site hotel or Airbnb.
Are tents provided?
Only glamping tents, and only if you’ve purchased the upgrade. Self-supported campers bring their own.
Self-supported camping
Every 3-day pass comes with a self-supported camping spot. We provide the spot; you bring all the gear.
What is included in the glamping tent?
Tent, bed(s), side table, and lantern.
Can I pick my roommates if I am glamping?
Yes. A private glamping tent is yours, so who stays in it is up to you.
Prohibited campground items
No fireworks, open-flame firepits, grills, weapons of any kind, glass, illegal drugs, or drones.
Cameras
Point-and-shoot cameras are fine, as are detachable lenses under 2″. Anything bigger stays home.
Are there single-day passes available?
Yes. A limited number of Race Day passes are available for Saturday only.
Will food and beverages be provided?
Food and beverages will be available for à la carte purchase. We also offer a complimentary Morning Café on Saturday and Sunday.
Will there be free water stations?
Yes, throughout the venue.
Will there be medical assistance on site?
Yes. Medical staff are on site at all times.
Is outside food and beverage allowed?
Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are fine. Bags and coolers max out at 12 in x 12 in, and rolling coolers aren’t permitted.
Can we invite spectators?
No. This is a no-spectator event, and everyone on property needs a ticket.
Will there be charging stations?
Bring portable batteries or chargers. You’ll thank yourself.
Will there be on-site parking?
Yes, and it’s included in your ticket.
Are there showers on-site?
Yes, we have luxury shower trailers all equipped with hot water.
Are there restrooms on-site?
Yes, restroom trailers throughout.
Pet policy?
No pets are permitted on property. Service animals require advance approval from Runningman staff.
Do I have to stay on-site?
No. Come and go as you like, with your ticket shown for re-entry. Just note that re-entry closes after lights out each day.
