FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are Runningman passes transferable?
No. Passes are non-transferable and only valid for the original purchaser or registered attendee.
Do I need to be 18 or older to attend?
Yes. All attendees must be 18+ at the time of the event.
What’s the difference between the 3-Day and Race Day Pass?
The 3-Day Pass includes full weekend access from Friday to Sunday. The Race Day Pass is valid for Saturday only.
Is race entry included?
Yes. Saturday race entry is included with both pass options.
Do I need a 3-Day Pass for glamping?
Yes. All glamping upgrades require a 3-Day Pass. Race Day Passes do not grant you access to any accommodations on-site.
What happens after I purchase?
You’ll receive confirmation and access details via email.
Can entry be refused or revoked?
Yes. Entry may be denied or revoked if event rules or terms are not followed.
Will bags be searched?
Yes. Bags and belongings may be searched on entry.
What items are not allowed?
No weapons, drones, large bags, alcohol, drugs, or prohibited items.
